Am hard working person and willing to learn.
1.working at BP as Cashier is challenging as you work with different type of all people and also good as it teach you how to treat people, it improved my skills of communication. 2.My typical working day at BP was working on Sundays because it is so quite and no customers, so if there's no customers my day is not good as I send more time sitting. 3.My relationship with my co-worker it very good as am an easy person to talk with even though not all the people love me course we don't see things the same but my team enjoy working with me all the time. 4.I have learnt that I must take my job seriously, listen other people opinions or ideas assist my colleague when they need help. 5.I always enjoy working at deferent department as I will be learning more of our company. 6.the most challenging aspect of the job is to deal with the difficult customer while others are waiting for the service and not to have full information about new product the are in store.
Pros: these no growth as i have being cashier for long time.
Cons: working long hours is not good for our body but good for the company.

Excellent learning curve
I enjoy working in this company have a great relationship with my co-workers, learnt to be a good team player and patient, I'm also assertive and glad to have gained that respect amongst us as employees.the challenges I had was not satisfying an irate customer to a point where the manager is called at the end and as we know customers are always right and at the you become a bad person who doesn't know customer service,I am a hard working person,people oriented.good listener and my customer service is over the top whether dealing with a customer telephonically or personally

Exccellent
My review I worked at BP garage for 6 years, my work was so very great and I was so good communication with my co-workers. I was learnt different thing per day to how handle your customers and be friendly with other people. I was enjoy when we have busy. My espects I expert any of situation because at the wok always things change anytime

Ability to manage and co-ordinate a busy office and deal conflict demands
I have grown both mentally and professional during the past few month,having to work under pressure and most importantly getting the work done right on time its my number one priority.puntuality is my main important aspects.Having the good communication and well establishes relationship with respect and boundries between my co-workers.As I dealt with ordering of stock with different suppliers daily,others not being able to deliver on time is the most challenging part of my job.

Excellent learning
It was an excellent learning curve hence i have to deal with different people everyday and have to handle different customers at a different phase and be able to be calm at any cost.My coworkers and i have a very good working relationship,typical working day is when a customer acuse you of given him the wrong change where else you know you have counted correctly but then customer is always right

Excellent learning
It is good working for the company I've learned lot of things like when you are a cashier you don't just wait for customers you can also do cleaning, packing and do stocktaking.

Excellent learning person
I have experience in cashier and i love that job and respect it i has good learning and working with custemers.I had good manager who teach t became a cashier and be a hard worker and be happy for what am doing all the time.

Good condition and safety.
It was a busy place I learn to be fast as much as I can , dealing with people 's attitudes (customers). Respect towards my peers and my bosses, I had a good relationship with them. Time keeping during lunch time and when you come to work make sure you can't be late. What I was enjoying the most is when they have Promotions they used to chose me to go outside telling customers about the special, Entertaining them by dancing and wearing funny clothes cause I was good at that. Challenges It was long ours and night shift.
Pros: I learn a lot because I was working at any department.
Cons: Night Shift was killing me yho!
