Learing curve: i have aquired lot of information in terms of CCMA and Labor matters

Chairperson in meeting and record minutes which this conducted every morning to distribute work for the day and follow up what was done the previous day. My relationship with co-workers is very high because I always provide support and motivation on a daily basis. I have learn lot from this company especially CCMA matters and labor court matters. I enjoy interaction with the suppliers and debtors through out the Western Cape and every time I take a decision I consult with my subordinates. There is no challenging aspect of the job but discipline is the key in the work place and that should be maintained and revisited all the time.

Pros: Lovely company to work for there is no routing work, now things every day
