Excellent Learning Curve, Manufacturing & Warehousing strong points

I’ve been working in the Manufacturing, Warehousing and Distribution environment. 12 Years at Lapack (Pty) LTD. Now Boxmore Speciality Plastics. I have had the privilege and opportunity of learning, Plastic Moulding Manufacturing process, I’ve been exposed to many facets of the business focused on Manufacturing, Warehousing. I have developed other skills in the Business Systems Sector ERP & MRP with Excel which have given me the insight and practical ability to apply skills throughout the other facets of the business, Procurement, Sales, Costing, Planning, some financials. What I found most enjoyable is growing with my co-workers; I’ve developed a fantastic working relationship with my team, helped empower them to achieve better results. Most challenging is the reduction in the margin of error, finding great ways to correct behavior yet maintain a high moral and sense of teamwork. Business interests: • Managing IR in the workplace. • World Class Manufacturing. • 5S & Six Sigma. • Lean.

Excellent learning

My relationship with my Co workers is good. I did learn more things like Fifo methods and how to load and offload containers and trucks. The most thing I enjoy is to learn new things and exchange ideas. The most challenge is to make sure that before I go home I must finish all the work and give the report to my supervisor for the day

Optimize setter

A good company to work at, thw work route is absolute and the mood and invironment is safe a tremadously clean. The take quality as their firt priority and safety and health of their employee is well also reconsile.

Pros: the is no a place for growth as the staff there most of them are not interested in to studying
Cons: the company operates on shift pattern, thus u get to work long hours than normal due to crucial need to complete customers orders.

I’m willing to work in a team and I enjoy it at all time bad or good times

Data capturing ( production ) Filling, health and safety… backup for production planning. Assist in stock take. Manage switch board… GRN and Receipting Assist delivery’s and collection.
