Learned a lot on injection optimisation

I have learned a lot when it comes to machine optimisation Cause supervision at Mpact it includes settings and machine optimisation. Also they are using robotic packing system as oppose to conveyor systems which i had to learn very fast to be on track with my colleagues. I am still learning more in terms of the organisation but with the knowledge I have acquired I have learn a lot and I can be an asset for your company.

Pros: the opportunity of growth are very slim at the moment
Cons: being tasked to do everything from assembling to settings also run the shift...administration and accountability
