Like working with people and doing what I must do

When getting 100% target achievment at your compeny and client is happy with your services. When attending workshops and receiving certificates at the end off the day. When the client tells you you have a good product and seeing your products being used by the clients , but Most important is that you can use the gift that God gave you and make a good living for your family and those around you.

Pros: Great opportunity to work with farmers and other clients who want to get their products and fast
Cons: Not happy with factory when they don't meet the criteria deadline

I am currently managing 4 systems, and typical day will be dealing with qa/qc issues

I am currently managing four quality systems, which areI am currently managing four quality systems, which are ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. My typical day is mostly on quality control, reviewing previous day performance and planning for the next 24 hours. Interacting with customer for their requirements interacting with suppliers ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001. Excellent learning curve. Working well with co workers learning dailly from my manager.

Learned to work under pressure and meet daily and monthly targets. Asking other co workers information about the customers if need be. to work under preassure and meetind dailly targets and monthly targets. Asking other co- workers for some correct information about costomer if need be.

Pros: Learning new strategies and tactics dailly
Cons: Working over time if need be
