The company has groomed me

I started as a 'fresh from college graduate' with no experience at all. The company taught me to work with different types of people, dealing with politics, handling customer queries and working extremely long hours. I have gained a lot as a graduate who was trained by the same people who now report to me, my relationship with the staff is good, it has humbled me. I enjoy working with people who no matter how long the day is but they keep it exciting and vibrant. The most challenging part about my job is working long hours Sunday to Sunday.

Great people

FM for DC. Weekly KPI flashes. Supervision of 4 staff within Finance at DC Report to DC Manager Grvs Profit & Loss Daily accounts processing and analysis Rebates and swell calculations Checking actuals vs budget and forecasts Income statement weekly and monthend processing and reporting. Teamwork is important I work well with my co workers.

Pros: Nice people.
Cons: No career growth
