It was a nice experience working at Boxer
Will i must say working at the boxer store was indeed a good experience because i have learned so many things like working with different types of people and times we would work long hours when there was lots of goods arriving from the store sometimes and having to offload and i must admit that was a lot of fun because i enjoyed what i was doing the difficulties that i came across was when the company had to liquidate and we were left unemployed till this very day. But either than that i am looking forward to being a part of the company as a member hope to hear from you have a good day thank you.
Pros: For me to be promoted that's a bit too early to tell but my hard working ability will determine that in the mere future

Good Learning curve
I have learnt that a customer is always right nomatter what, team work is very important, being punctual at work set a good profile for yourself. Telling customers about promotions in the store,and if a certain product is not available in the store give the customer the second option simillar to what he/she was looking for. It is important to know information about the products in the store. A typical day at work is having to deal with a very difficult customer, not reaching the target of the day. The most challenging aspects are not reaching the target and not co-oporating at work. Time management is also important. I enjoy just making customers happy and having an impact on growing the business even more and better. My relationship with my coworkers is excellent because I co-oporate and always very willing to learn more.

Work as a team and work dependent any time know your duties of the day, all stuff wiwilling adapt new things and work in no supervision, they no spending more time in in non things

Excellent learning
Assign staff to daily activities, analyse profit and loss for the department, perform bookkeeping , respond to queries from both staff and customers, ensuring that products are labeled propery, ensuring that equipment is maintained clean and neat, ensuring that staff follows company policies and rules, order and revive stock for department. I have learned skills such as leadership skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, planning and organising skills, creativity and analytic skills. I enjoyed communicating with people, being creative when I want my department to make sale, my staff has passionate about department

Motivated
As motivated employees we had a good relationship with other employees we were a family. Ive learnt alot from them ,what i enjoyed most is the love wehad amongst each other. I dont remember having challenges because we used to help each otherin every corner.

I can build a profit from stretch, build team work among staff, provide free training to staff for management position, teaching new staff company needs, manage schedule for the month according to the business working days

Grow withing the company n study further
After contributing a success to four different organizations i'am now seeking for a company in need of someone who is flexible and willing to upgrade the company standard and service to a higher level of business and continue to building the company brand in all aspects of the business and continue to develop and improve performance based on customer satisfaction and provide excellent service to our clients with the ability to manage and maintain the standards.

Learning more things about customers.
I was a good cashier because I was treating customers equally.I have learned that we are all equal so there is no need to discriminate others.We are all children of God.So for now I knw everything about customers and I know that customser service is needed and is very very important.
