Simple uniform work place

The company makes or produces plastic bottles or containers, and my job as a packer is to Pack the bottles, make sure I dont pack scrap. Its not a big company, I have a positive mind, so it allows me to get along with evryone that I work with.

Good team players

We work a 3 shift system which is basically from monday to Saturday, best part is that I am able to attend my bible study or meetings every sunday, I am friendly and humble so its easy for me to get along with people, the supervisor is very kind and open so its easy for us to get to him. Ive learnt a lot about team work, as we need to work together to achieve our goals which is one, and I know its best to be helpful, most challenging part of my work is that I have a littlw time to myself because now I am limited there are certain things that I can not reach.

Pros: they change us from departments but not sure about promotions because I am still new

No room for growth with cheap labour practices

Lots of potential and hungery young minds for potential growth within a company that promotes cheap labour. Senceless building a career with a company that steals from its vulnerable employees seeking to provide for their homes on a daily basis.
