-Discuss with teams activities for the week and catch up plans for the ones that are behind schedule with major emphasis for critical activities,Risk assessment and toolbox training. -Relationship with co-workers-Excellent -Challenges that comes with newly formed companies when it comes to procurement of materials -Teaching others what I have learned from previous experience -Being a new company,safety was the most challenging aspect of the job

Pros: Support from Head office safety and plant department very good
Cons: Hectic construction program
