RV technology .Good working exposure in warehouse from picking,packing,checking .It's not always pleasant but it's manageable, I have gained experience in receiving and currently as a dispatch administration assistant , doing admin work and collections.. It's a good opportunity for someone fresh out of school who want to gain experience and extra money . It has helped me alot finishing my studies and working. Plan

I enjoy working with the Different brands and work close with all departments from Finance to DC. The challenges are ensuring that all orders are collected on time and shipment with in the time frame. The weather conditions in Cape Town causing Delays, its a big problem in the import business. My day starts with reply to Emails , to stay with in my weekly planner. Monitor all orders and vendors documents have been received.

Cons: No Medical Aid or Pension

It used to be an excellent learning curve. I enjoy working with people and learning from them.

No growth within the company. Opportunities are only given to people that is family or someone they know. The company doesn't look after their staff.

Pros: None
Cons: You work your normal 8 hours per day. If there's a deadline for orders that won't be finished in time then we'll be asked to put in overtime to meet the deadline.

Working for Bounty has been a good learning experience thus far.

Working for Bounty Brands has been a good learning experience with its own challenges. I've grown from being a flexi employee to being a permanent and now working my way to being an Assistant Manager. Growth is there but very slow. Now I've decided to branch out to better opportunities

Pros: You get to learn how to deal with customers and have a professional relationship with both them and your colleagues
Cons: Long working hours with no paid overtime

It's a a privilege to work where I'm present currently, I learn and interact on a daily basis its a pressurized inviroment and I like work like that. Dead line driven dedicated smart intelligent punctual. And I like Reaching and pushing myself to new heights.
