Allowed for a more dynamic and vast area to grow but also very limited

With Bounce it is a part time job, so we are either shift for a morning or evening shift of which a lot of my co-workers are switched around and seen on various days. overall my relationship with my co-workers is kept in highest regards as well as my managers because i wish to be respected with the same admiration that I show them. When it comes to Bounce I have learnt a vast number of qualities such as customer service, leadership, training, paperwork, signing off important documentation and becoming a better more well rounded person as i like to take on challenges no matter the difficulty. as for the most challenging aspect of my job, would be the customers that I've dealt with in regards to when they have a complaint or a bad day and take it out on you as an employee, learning to read and assess the situation to make things easier rather than complicate it further

Pros: interesting field of work
Cons: feel as though the company does not have the same sense of drive it did in the beginning

Great way to meet people. Gain experience.

Usually busy on the weekends. I work well with my co-workers. I've learnt how to interact and communicate better with people/customers and that working with people is not always easy, but we need to put our differences aside and focus on getting the work done. This job has also taught me to be patient with myself and people. What I enjoy most about my work is the interaction with different people that come from different parts of the world, and giving them the best experience of what my Job offers. The most challenging aspect of my job would have to be difficult customers and being understaffed.

Cons: Over bookings and understaffed

The Job for the people

Where I currently work, the basis was really on the great customer service and excellent interactions. Our company is one of Gaunteng and Pretoria largest and most impactful companies there are. Brands have put their name next to ours and it never stands the challenge.

Pros: Great vibe. Great people. Loads of learning, about people, about the product
Cons: Long hours

Excellent learning curve about customer service

Bounce inc carries a wonderfully energetic atmosphere. Easy going environment, with a need to emphasize safety. Immense flow of traffic, but inconsistently. Thy shift variations a vastly dispersed making working for a target figure impossible. We get paid an hourly rate.

Pros: Flexible hours
Cons: Stand up for long hours
