Iam working night and day shift monday to friday. We have a great relationship with my guy, and wotking as team also. I've learned lot of thing at Botselo mills like operating forklift and operating Baler machines. The most challenging part was target ( our shift was working with target) if don't reach target we stay behind.

Botselo Mills

Do not work to company regulated hours but as the job dictates. Co-workers enjoy my presence as I am always ready to empower them. Enjoy meeting deadlines. Management are too autocratic.
