A challenging work

Under paid. No allowance .no enough resources.I am using my own cell phone, my own laptop, my own modem. Not overtime when going extra mile. Sometimes there is no enough working equipment.

Pros: opportunity for a new job

Excellent learning curve, gaining more experience in different aspects

To oversee the whole company, the daily operations, giving tasks to others, do reports, attending incident when they occur. Attend meetings, do presentation, do monthly reports.make sure we have enough working materials, meeting with clients etc.

Pros: I was promoted from branch manager to project manager
Cons: long working hours, working at night as well visiting sites.
