If you try to please the boss you are allowed to make one mistake then you are doomed.

Working at Bosun is a very difficult task. To keep every manager happy is not easy. Too much ringmasters and not enough clowns. blame shifting is one of the top discussions at Bosun. Safety is not up to standard and there is not even one register completed up to standard. The product is nice and good looking but very expensive.

Pros: Working under unnecessay pressure.
Cons: Long hours , no tea time when production is not running
