Work review.

Working for Bosun has given me much of an experience. Dealing with staff day to day, recruitment and doing some payroll. I have learned how a person should use his talent to add value to the company and know why they do what they doing at their best level. I have been trained on humanity behavior so that i can understand the lens opener and closing factors. It has been a challenging at times and one of them was when i dealt with employees strike where majority of our employees lost their jobs. I had to employ almost all employees and train them how to do their jobs. forosun

Pros: I have mastered how to adapt to knew environment quickly and learn on new opportunities and i am not limited to my scope of work. I am eager to learn more and able to work as a team.
Cons: I worked long hours before moving to a position of an HR. I worked 12 hours and shifts when i was a production team leader. Working towards achieving my target goals is what drives me.

Experience

Working as a lab coordinator I run lab schedule and I discuss with my team workers planning for the job. We run splitting tensely test and abration daily and I do capture.my relationship ship with my team workers is very good cause I give them freedom to express their feelings and we share good ideas. I have learnerd how to manage my self and other people,working as a team operating machines. The most challenging aspect is when we get the negative result when we test brick u find that they fail and customer need products and also when they fail we have môre retest sometimes showing like e are not doing anything.

AttachI am not one to be broken down easily, do not crack under pressure and I’m a pleasant individual to work and communicate with. I believe that I have the skills that may benefit your company. I am currently working for Bosun Brick PE which a successful manufacturing company we supply to different industries so one would need to adapt well. I am currently the Logistics Controller for Bosun Brick PE where I take on many tasks at once such as transport, stock controller, yard controller, yard development, sales, orders, machinery procurer etc. I also worked for a Construction Company called Genesis Civils where I was the Logistics support. My job entailed various roles such as Procurement controller, Operations assistant, Purchasing, Procuring Transportation and Machinery e.g. concrete trucks, tipper trucks, TLB’s, generators, Concrete mixers, Masonry saws etc. or any material required toed in my CV

Pros: Building Experience, Learning something new, different working environment, new opportunities, networking, fresh start, growing in many ways.
Cons: Shorter working hours, starting at the bottom of the ladder,

I am a fast learner

We manufacture and supply paving brick and kerbs . Our main customer are resellers like cashbuild and Build It. I visit stores everyday to check thier stock levels and introduce new products and do quotations for them. I enjoy travelling wich is part of my job. I have learnt to be able to handle customers at all levels.

Pros: I want to grow as a person
Cons: I am flexible.

Not at all interested in their employees

The work load is very heavy and you get little to no assistance from managment. They are very into reports which are time consuming and do not leave time in the day to work.
