My day is comprised of various duties and responsibilities. I deal allot with customers and suppliers. I start with reconciling the bank account and allocations of payments there after attending to internal and external request for invoices or statements and resolving of queries the quick wins. Dealing with banks, credit bureaus, customer service, sales, warehouse and providing feedback to management both internal and external departments as well as attend to meeting in and out of the field. Doing credit checks as well as releasing customers on credit block who have reached their monthly limits. Analyzing accounts making sure all the companies policies and procedures are adhered to. Daily reporting to management forecasting unexpected cash flows and collections of overdue debtors. I have learned to be both patient and proactive at the same time as dealing with people to assist in execution of task has challenges. I enjoy and embrace the challenges

Cons: You dont have set hours to work because its and essential service you always need to be available.

Excellent but challenging learning curve

I completed my degree in BSc Human Physiology at the University of Pretoria in the year 2016. I majored in Biochemistry, Human Physiology and Pharmacology. I took extra chemistry so that I could be exposed to as much laboratory work as possible. On the 2nd of May 2017, I Joined Boston Scientific South Africa as a Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Intern. I am mainly responsible for ensuring compliance to Quality Management System requirements. I came across a job post for the QA/Regulatory Affairs Scientist position. I believe that this is the perfect opportunity for me to use my existing skills to further my career in the industry. Institute of learning Excellence

Very frvvery friendly staff, situated in great location with set of people.. . They are wonderful and so sweet and always work hard.. I know how hard it can get sometimes but let me tell you the staff is the best . Ever amazing!!!
