Glencore is a good company. my relationship with co workers is good, i have learn a lot of things like commitment to your job, taking fully responsibility of my job, working under pressure. but what i need now is to work at the mine, since i started working i worked only on the smelters, i just need different expirience

Pros: working environment is good just need to work at the mine
Cons: long working hours when is necessary is not a problem

Furnace experience gained

Boshoek is a good company, relation with co workers is good, i have more on the plant specific furnaces, i enjoyed team work, safety culture, The most challenging thing is working without an assisstant

Pros: no chances of promotion
Cons: long working hours
