To: HR Manager After having being exposed and being part of many projects that involve Multi Disciplines namely Earthworks, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Roadworks , Overhead and Traction equipment (OHTE),Structural and Buildings I have gained valuable experience in the construction field and have obtained and gain many skills and knowledge which helped me enhance myself as a person and has taught me that nothing in life comes for free without hard work. Good place to learn at.

At this company you are givendifferent tasks all the time. You become more flexible as you are constantly tackling tasks that provide you with new challenges. From supervising teams on site to planning work ahead, you actually have a sense of major responsibility. The people are quite friendly, however, lately the situation at the company has changed because of lack of work. A typical work day would include a busy morning and getting the team on site to get the ball rolling, in the afternoon you do admin and late afternoon back to site to check progress. Overtime is a norm and worth your while.

Everything i have learnt i have learnt form this company and i am pleased to say i am taught very well. We all carry the companies best intrest at heart and we all try our best to work together to reach goal and deadlines
