International exposure to global legislation and markets

Company has grown from the responsibility of 13 countries in Africa to 62 countries. The market share for the portfolio I am responsible of is picking up from 0,8% to 1,8% in Africa. The top-line has a potential of quad-rippling due to untap market provident the investment is inline with growth projection. There is little human resources capital investment, thus the same human resources responsible for 13 countries are stretched to be responsible for 62 countries at no extra cost to the company. This move has an adverse infect in that there is no longer job satisfaction and the culture is changing to be very punitive in nature. Having said all the above, it is great to work for the global organization in that in a very shot space of time one can develop/grow due to exchange of knowledge with other international colleagues.

Excellent Learning Curve

At my previous job I was responsible to run the workshop smoothly. Open the workshop. Assist all staff. Manage all staff. Did sales. Invoicing. Answering calls. I am very hardworking and love working with customers. I am also very good at building a lasting client base. My clients will follow me wherever I am at. Responsible for closing up the workshop again. Workshop again. Unfortunately the company couldnt afford e any longer and I got retrenched.

Great learn experience

- Exciting and eventful - Great to get along with - How to treat clients in a respectful manner as well as the client always comes first. Have gotten to know my routes around Pretoria and surrounding areas. - Meeting the people along the way and building up a clientele is most definitely enjoyed - Having to collect 3 clients all during peak hour traffic and giving them a time estimate based on road conditions and traffic was a challenge however always managed timely

Excellent company

Bosch is an international company worldwide and I enjoyed working there. I decided to seek other opportunities closer to my home. I learned a lot from this company in my various roles of responsibilities. From the day to day problem solving to more urgent matters with deadlines that was almost impossible. Our team was I great assist to the company

Excellent

Nice overall working experience and environment. Co-workers can be difficult at times but generally easy to get along with. Time management is key here. Learning different places and experiencing different things was enjoyable. The long hours that are put in are the most difficult however can be successfully done.
