I enjoy constrution and the challenges it creates

The last company i was employed basically took the money and dissappeared. Bosasa had a copperplant to finish and me and my team took it on ourselves to complete the work for them. Saying that i took all responsibility hiring plant and tools. Ordering all material, managing the quality and safety requirements. I also managed the personel and their wages. The plant consisted of +- 2500 cubes and included a substation and store rooms with toilets. It all was done in budged and on schedule. It was a great learning experience and i proved to myself that anything can be done if you put your mind to it. I have have a great team working for me and must admit without them it would have been alot harder to achieve.

Pros: I love what i do. And like the challenges construction creates.
Cons: Its hard to find a good reliable company to work for

Excellent learning curve

Airports company it's an aviation sector that deals with different people from all diverse cultures coming in an out of the country so it's requires a strong person to operate reception daily it can be challenging at times but if you are hardworking person it's a challenge what I have learnt most is that I am a strong person because sometimes clients can be very difficult so I have learnt how to handle them in a polite and friendly manner and i have a good working relationship with my colleague we take everyday as a new challenge for us

Pros: Great promotion opportunity
Cons: Long working hours

Hardworking

am a hard working person am also good in teaching and in learning form other people my duties are to check weather the commodities on the stock sheets are captured correctly and the stock balances to do the capturing of invoices making sure that they are received on the correct unit or side.

Pros: see myself growing in the company
Cons: 8-5hrs

Excellent

I am a very hardworking person who is dedicated i believe in team work i find it difficult to work with people who are not corporating but that doesn't give me negative moral towards my job i put much effort in everything i do relating to my job because i take my job seriously i am people people

Pros: i enjoyed working at bosasa because i had learned how to interact with people especially the environment i am wat i can work under any pressure

Fast leaner cause this industry is quiet interesting

This is a very good opportunity I would like to take in order to get more experience in my carrier yes to my previous job I was day shifts but the evenings when we have problem also overtime there were solid relationship between me and my Manager And the workers the relationship was there but there were sometimes were we use to see things in a different ways but and we come all the solution

Pros: Yes i'll like to see me get promoted when manager sees that on me
Cons: Yes I won't have a problem with long hours

I HAVE INITIATIVE AND ENTHUSIASM TO LEARN

My Company is Good and has Strong Team Work and Team Building Structure, They Listen to your Ideas and Put them in Action on your Credit, They Give Assistance whenever its needed, They Give Opportunities to Challenges and leadership

Cons: I offer additional quality that makes me the very best person for the job- my drive for exellence

Company liquidated

To whom it may concern. A typical day at work is to go in sort my mail and than do immediate task. I had a very good understanding with my peers. That all of us have our floors and that we have to help each other. Doing my work accurate and always meet my deadline When the company was in the process of closing that was very challenging.

Pros: No growth
Cons: Skin colour counted against us as blacks.whites got the upper hand in everything

Excellent learning curve for aviation industry

Bosasa It's a big company subcontracted at Or tambo international airport i enjoy working for My company and i have a good working relationship with My collegues we work very wellas ateam

Pros: i enjoy working for bosasa company but i believe as a person i need some growth and promotional opportunities

It was a good company I learned a lot

IT technician is in my veins ,is my career choice . I was installing cameras ,intercoms and I was a junior technician I still want to gain more experience

Pros: They do have promotions

Presure makes diamond.

Construction is always a learning experience. But at bosasa ive learned more than just construction. I learned how to finish a project on my own and believing in myself. I have learned how to keep your head up high while you feeling low. I have always loved construction. Its all i know how to do well.

Pros: Im working for a great boss.
Cons: Contract is ending
