Multi tasking skill

I am a hard working person who is honest and have integrity and I have gained experience from those insurance companies i have worked for. I also got a knowledge of both personal lines and commercial as I have studied the COP. I know that if I am hired I can have an impact on the growth of the company.

Learning proficiency

a good company that you can learn many and work in it, but difficult to grow if you not physically active. good relationship with colleagues, not much work challenges.

An excellent learning curve indeed

I joined BOSASA in February 2015 as a food preparation assistant, hoping for internal IT posts but unfortunately post were advertised in our department and in 2017 I got promoted as a cook.. in October 2018 I got promoted to Assistant Administrator and unfortunately BOSASA got liquidated in April 2019. I have learned so much, communication skills, management skills and not forgetting cooking skills too.. mostly being hands on in the office capturing data,invoices, receipts,taking orders and taking minutes was overwhelming because I'd get to know the core insight of the company

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion within the department
Cons: I was never given an opportunity/access to internal IT posts instead they'd advertise only food related posts

New challenges

Group of Companies learning from security, catering, procurement, hr,repatriation, fleet service, youth centre, hospitality, unlimited travel .i conduct audits, training, etc

Pros: learn new things continuous
Cons: less development
