Learned where our provident fund goes to

First and foremost, it's the first company that acknowledged my hard working and promoted me to be a supervisor. Almost everyday I would help out my team to reach their targets (before & after being a supervisor). Most junior staff preferred me to check their work before they do their filling. That in turn helped them to work even smarter and more accurate because I would tell them what was wrong in the work they had submitted, unlike some supervisors that would fix staff errors where the employee is not aware if they are doin things incorrect

Pros: Growth is a definitely
Cons: High expectations and even pushing yourself too hard

Excellent learning curve

Excellent learning curve, wonderful team to work with. Dealing with irate customers taught to always be patient and have empathy. Always listen to the keywords and paraphrase the customer's needs. Time management, to always be on time and deliver claims in turnaround and deadlines.

Good communication

excellent communication with other workers. quite busy at all time. I have learn to deal with different types of people also to multitask. I enjoyed assisting needy people. the challenges I had was to try and assist people in the event where they lost their love ones

I'm a enthuasim like to learn, I like to work under pressure

My Name is Moyahabo Peggy Malatji,born and raised at Limpopo. And i studied there n relocate to Gauteng for Tertiary Level at Integrity Business College. I started to at Legacy Modutec Office Furniture in 2000 as Receptionist till 2010. Company liquidated . 2011 I started to work at Borwa financial services till 2018 February. I like to work with people even if is individual I can handle pressure. I am fast learner who like to learn. To hire m ĺ

Pros: As I like to know my company n what it's doing I will like to be multi task
Cons: To work long hours, I will to put my company on point. Clients n Member must not complain about the company

Great learning experience and opportunities

Great learning experience and learning opportunities especially during audit period, I now know full reconciliation of critical GL account that are part of the income statement and balance sheet sections

Pros: Promotion opportunities not that great
Cons: Long hours of working during audit preparations

Administration skills

It is dynaic and nice company to work for,i hvave gained so much experience.

Im a young self motivared young lady who matriculated back in 2006,then completedy human resource in 2010,then did my office admini in 2012 then lastly i did my microsoft office in 2013.

Pros: Gain much experience
Cons: Too much tasks
