Minimalistic

A Family run concern, forever running out of free cash. Promises commissions, but never been heard of paying any. Mean on travel expenses. A dead end for anyone not in the family. Challenging has been re entering the oil business but easy to catch up.

Cons: very low salaries with no perks

Salary review

Salary is bad and management are so slow in drafting employment contracts just so that they can cheat you out of your salary, I would not recommend anyone to work here in this current situation, I need to leave urgently but that's if I find something better!

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Poor management
