EXCELLENT LEARNING EXPERIENCE GAINED

A typical work day consist of firstly completing staff Attendance for Eastern Cape Region, leave forms, any feedback due to suppliers, , im very busy on a daily basis I prefer keeping myself busy and getting tasks completed. I have a good relationship with all my co-workers, I have implemented team work and good communication between us. I have learnt to get work done on time, don't procrastinate the sooner work gets done the better, as having to complete last minute one has to work under pressure I enjoy working in a office and I enjoy having to work as a team doing office work is my passion. the most challenging aspect is when I need to submit for payroll once a month , this is a very important part of the month where everything needs to be accurate and be double checked.

Excellent learning experience

Working with bordax has been a Rollercoaster of sorts . However there are great opportunities within the company . Directors are great and it feels like family buisness

Excellent enviroment

I'm currently working with great team coming from different company who shares a lot experience with the team, too much pressure but the seniors helps to deal with pressure.

Excellent learning experience

Company wants to behave like a corporate but does not value key staff members . All staff are treated as if they are of the same level thus leaving management indecisive in their duties

I have managed to grow within the company and explore my strength and achieve my full potential. Great team work within colleagues and passion staff who are highly committed in getting the job done

Excellent experience

It is an interesting Job with many challenges that helps us grow and understand the retail site since some of us have not worked in any retail before or even did business or marketing course but the problem is the money it's too little. And there are no many opportunities since well the company it's not that big.

Fantastic platform for experience in higher management

Working at bordax retail services has given me an opportunity to exceed my limitations and has been a great learning curve in my career . I have learnt a lot in my time with the company but most importantly I learned to see the bigger picture . I enjoy the challenges that this job throws at me on a daily basis . It is a never ending cycle but prepares you for bigger challenges going forward . The most challenging aspect of my job is managing people and trying to ensure that they are always motivated and dealing with day to day issues in order to ensure the company rules and procedures are followed whilst keeping the staff motivated and ready to go for the next task .

EXCELLENT LEARNING EXPERIENCE GAINED

I ENJOY THE WORK I DO EVERYDAY WHETHER STRESSFUL OR NOT. I LIKE GETTING MY WORK DONE SOMETIMES I ONT TAKE LUNCH BECAUSE I HAVE SO MUCH WORK BUT I DONT MIND BECAUSE I MAKE TIME TO EAT. I HAVE A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH ALL MY COLLEGUES EVEN IN MY PREVIOUS JOBS, I WAS NEVER IN A QUARREL WITH ANYONE AT WORK BEFORE. I HAVE LEARNT THAT GETTING WORK DONE CORRECTLY BOOSTS YOUR SELF ESTEEM AND MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF. I ENJOY GOOD COMMUNICATION BETWEEN COLLEGUES. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT OF MY JOB IS PAYROLL AS IT TAKES ALOT OF CONCENTRATION
