Great experience

It has been a great exposure fr me since its my first time working for a big sized company i have learnt how to work underpressure and how to cope. I have been exposed to working with international suppliers and i have learnt to pay more attention to detail

Learning curve

Working in a industrial Company helped me learn a lot about the career path i chose. working for Borbet SA has also helped enhance my knowledge about other field as well and how they compliment Each other. I must say working for Borbet has been the great and i enjoy working with people who share the same values and goals. but however getting the exposure and the recognition for my skill has been the major challenge i am facing at present moment

Pros: provides more training opportunity
Cons: long working hours
