Excellent learning opportunity, self discovery.

aily.Bophelong Bricks introduced me to the construction industry and unlocked my potential as a sales rep, that I honestly adapt easily to unknown territory. I've learner and still learning a lot and building a good clientele nationally and with other reps. Being part of the vibrant sales team and the only male in the department has given me true value of leadership. Was surprised as how quickly I learned about the brick manufacturers and being able do sell it to people who had more years in experience than I was. I discovered how I loved the open road, the meetings, interaction with giants of the industry, the queries that required my analytical thinking as it challenged me daily..
