Learning each day in my role

My day is never the same, each morning I make sure all the staff have everything in the office in order to excel in there job, Projects, Events, emails, being at all times available as i run 3 offices Cape Town, Joburg and Maurtius I have learned to multitask, lots of patience and in general within my role being an office manager is everything I wanted to be and still continue learning within my role

Working at Booking.com

Analyse hotels performance in my portfolio and advise partners as how we can can assist in increasing revenue. Arrange face to face meetings every two weeks to meet with top performing partners and those that are not performing Dealing with various types of people Challenging part is trying to assist all partners

Pros: Great comoany to work for
Cons: Contract not being renewed
