Excellent employee title :The Most best team leader for 2018

I feel like I am a very good match in my career for the qualifications that I have . I am excited about this opportunity and am really interested in doing (or learning to do) this work. I am eager to show you what I can do and I really want this job and I will work very, very hard. Honesty to me is something which I can never break. With book knowledge, I also tend to have experience in volunteering experience as well as previous work experience as per my resume. This shows that I can multitask around if I had too.

Pros: I have been a team leader for the past 4 years and had to take over to a new department before it was all merged with the Sales department and learned the Credid vetting department ,Fraud ,Risk ,Reckless landing reporting .
Cons: Long working hours from 8:00 to 7:00 clock to achieve the target and report dead

Good learning experience

Typical work day - chasing Input & Output Targets Relationship with co-workers - good working relationship What I've learnt - Managing processes, productivity & people What I've enjoyed the most - Self growth & development as well as seeing the same for members of my Team Most challenging aspects - facing challenges that out of my control that impact productivity

Pros: Great opportunity to learn new things in the Finance Industry
Cons: Not being given a market related salary because of in-house promotion
