Horrible

I do not recommend anyone, its just not a happy working environment to be in. I do advise they change how they treat people though because then at least people would be happy enough to make money instead of them under performing

Excellent learning curve as the company was still young and chasing new hotel contracts. I worked from 08h00-17h00 and everyday was different, juggling diary management, reconciling accounts and answering the switchboard. Standard tasks with drawing up NDA's ( non disclosure agreements) and LIO's (Letter of intent). I enjoyed working with my colleagues and had a good relationship with all co-workers. As a young company I learnt new things daily and had to jump in wherever I was needed. I enjoyed the diversity of my day and no day was ever the same. I struggled with designing power point presentations.

Pros: Working side by side with the CEO and help him grow the company
Cons: As a small company our office facilities were not that great
