Excellent learning curve

The company full of life and learning opportunities. Dear Sir/Madam I am a graduate from Vaal University of Technology, in possession of 3 years Tourism Management Diploma and currently studying B-Tech Business Administration. I have extensive experience as a Banqueting assistant of which I acquired working at BON Hotel Riviera on Vaal. I am seeking for full time employment. I have good telephone etiquette skills, excellent interpersonal relationship and communication (written and verbal) skills. Possess the ability to gather and analyse information. I am able to apply Batho Pele principles. I have general understanding of PAIA. I am able to work under pressure and a great team player. I adapt quickly to new working methods as I am a fast learner.Should I be appointed this would give me an excellent insight into your company and an outstanding opportunity to explore different working methods as well as bring the knowledge I acquired from the Hotel.

Quick at learning

Very attractive and not easy on giving up,willing to learn new things on a day bases I am interested in making clients or customers happy and satisfied with the service I offer them

Great management

The work place is small but you get to learn new things and i must say it opens up your thinking mind and there are small opportunities for every one to learn and grow

Excellent learning curve

From the moment I walk through the door my day is met with constant guest related problems to solve. Important revenue reports to compile and send to Head Office. Meetings e. g Yield Management and HOD monitory meetings. Staff training, monitored bookings and Online Booking Engines. Monitored revenue and occupancy growth as well as cancellations for the day. Yielded for the month and ensured that all booking policies are in place. I had a good working relationship with co-workers. I learnt to yield What I enjoyed most was yield management

Excellent learning curve

The company is a very good place to be in. the people (employees and managers) make it feel like a family business. one is constantly checked up on when not present for work. I learnt that the only way to enjoy a job is through empathy, knowing how others feel can be important in a way that it will make their jobs quite easy as they can relate when ever you in a similar position.
