I am extremely dependable. I have rarely missed a day of work, and am known for coming in early and staying late to finish important tasks and achieve results. This dependability extends to my collaborative work as well. I always meet deadlines, and help my teammates to meet theirs as well. For example, on my last project, a teammate was struggling to complete his assignment for the team, and I stayed late every day that week to help him not only complete his assignment, but exceed our initial estimations for the project.

Excellent Team work

As a Technician in this company my performance is measured and granted in accordance with the company’s Performance Management Program (PMP) in place time to time. Therefore I am measured against the following Duties and Responsibilities:  Perform functional tests and carry out repairs where necessary.  System and Function check (MVB communication, Ethernet communication, binary and analog feedback signals, status messages, etc.) according to the test instructions.  Execution of failure analysis and repair works.  Interpretation of diagnostic data in case of failures.  Documentation of the measured values to the test report.  Ensure that technical document is accurate and complete  Compiling technical reports.

Excellent learning curve

IT support SAP support I have a good working relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt communication skills. I enjoy working learning new systems. Challenges are working on two sites one in Durban and Johannesburg.

Grow opportunity.

I take of all the IT infrastructure in the plant. I set up laptops for new employees and do general desktop support. I have also been assigned a role as a quality officer to create internal audit schedules and manage the ISO 9001 record keeping standards. I have a close working relationship with senior management and well as my co-workers. I have given projects to implement in SAP to maintain time tracking for blue caller workers as well. A challenging aspect is working in a multi national company is were decisions take long time to be implemented because they have to be approved in the head office which may be in Germany.

Great learning curve

Desktop Support Tool Tagging Document Control SAP Support I have a supportive relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt to communicate with my colleagues. I enjoy the different methodologies of working with various systems. The challenge is working in 2 different sites one in Johannesburg and the other in Durban.
