Eye opener for me but not challenging or progressive fir me
We work long hours and our group of colleagues is very professional and enjoy working them. I have learnt to be more patient and to listen very well to customers. Exchanging ideas with clients and seeing places including meeting people. Its most when there business is quiet and are forced to work long hours which puts us at risk of being robbed and hijacked.

Very dangerous job with no benefits and no assistance from the company.
The company does nor care for its employees. No bonus packages and no assistance if something were to go wrong. The salary is extremely low. No benefits in place. The demand in south Africa is too low to make a living. The company also high exaggerates the earning potentiate. Where by it is just not possible. Their are too many drivers and not enough customers.

Good learning curve
this company started out with very good potential wich promised a good income but with the change in climate and environment things became more difficult including thier rediculous commission fees has became ubearable

Great!
The ride hailing industry is full of challenges. There is never a dull day at work. I've been kept on my toes.. looking at data analysis. Understanding demand and supply constraints. Planning ahead for busy peak weeks.

The perfect working environment
The culture at my current work place is amazing. Everyone has a great aura about them. The core values are: Fearless Responsible Integrity Smart These values hold us accountable for our own actions. With such values to live up to, working together as a team becomes easier. The one lesson that I have taken from my current company is accountability and self discipline. I always do what’s right even when no one is watching. The most challenging expect of this whole experience is that it’s an ever changing environment however because I’ve always been part of a contact center, I have learned how to adjust and make the best out of any situation.

Good environment to acquire new skills
At BOlt formaly known as taxify we specialize with customers only . We are solving problems for both our drivers and riders if they have a complaint or need help with something they rely on us for assistance be it a refund or a promo offer. We operate 24hrs to make sure our customers are satisfied and we work on shifts so all of the above may be possible. A good environment to work in because everyone is so team driven meaning we help each other so my relationship with my colleagues is amazing. I have learnt patience more than anything because customers tend to be very stubborn and most are chancers.
