I have learnt the importance of team work and discipline
Maintenance , installation of electrical equipment in the plant and underground , legal inspections. I have learnt the importance of team work and discipline I have learnt to treat each and every one at work as the most important person beacuse they form part of work force. repairs amd maintenance of equipment and keep them working according to standard. complete task in minimum time
Pros: No opprtunity for promotion
Cons: Working hours are normal with the opprtunity to work night shit and stanby of which it not a challenge to me

Its a job that needs someone willing to work with people, have good communication and leadership skills accompanied by experience in job related matters. I've learned a lot in being part of the managerial position understanding the business operational aspects of the company.
Pros: No great opportunities for promotion and company in financial difficulties.

I HAVE AN EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP WITH MY SUPERVISOR, ESPECIALLY WITH PROJECTS. I DO OCCUPATIONAL SURVEYS FOR IILUMINATION AND NOISE METER. I HAVE AN EXCELLENT RELATIONSHIP WITH MY SUPERVISOR, ESPECIALLY WITH PROJECTS.-RESPONSIBLE FOR VENTILATION AND OCCUPATIONAL HMONITORING OF GREENHOUSE GASES, AIRBORNE POLLUTANTS, TEMPERATURE, NOISE AND DUST SURFACE AND UNDERGROUND OPERATIONSYGIENE IN ALL UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE WORKSHOP AREAS.ROUTINE VOHE SURVEYS (STOPING, DEVELOPMENT, ENGINEERING SMALL SURVEYS, ETC) AND REPORTING, RECOMMENDATIONS & FOLLOW UPS ON THE FINDINGS.I ENJOYED WORKING WITH UNDERGROUND PEOPLE.

Excellent learning curve
I managed to change the reporting system on my arrival. I assist chief planner with reports and life of mine schedule. I am currently the MRM System Administrator and production tracker.

Learning Curve
I have learned a lot in Bokoni Platinum Mine and I can even say I'm ready to can be the HRD Manager judging from all the things I have learned. If I can get an opportunity to can refer anyone to this mine I will do so as they have good leadership experience and very good when coming to development of their employees. The culture of this mine is suitable for everyone.

Excellent learning curve
Working in Bokoni Platinum Mine for me is privileged cause I managed to learn more than needed and to experience lot of things in my working environment. The people I'm working with they are so willing and very much respectful and helpful, What I enjoyed most is when we do our work more interesting by teaching each other what we know best ,that most challenging aspects of the job is when you find the negative people that will not help you even if you are overloaded with work, those who doesn't want to work as team.

I enjoyed working for the company
I enjoyed my ER job most importantly the nature of work which is not routine, everyday when I go to work I would encounter a different senario which needed a different approach. Managing absenteeism was very difficult and challenging especially sick leave abuse , since the company employed people from as far as eastern cape,Lesotho,Mozambique etc it was always the case that certain employees every time when went the home they wouldn't come on the exact date , they would extend their days submitting sicknotes which became a trend. Most challenging thing about my job was that information was working at home whereby the majority of the employees where local as me, so when you dealt with an issue at work it would escalate to home since we were from the same community.
Pros: the structure was very flat we reached the ceiling
Cons: Bokoni was more concerned about production that hours

The company rieview employee through performance monitoring
the company develop employee through training and the job is more challenging but interesting, I share common goals and knowledge and have learnt the importance of team work and discipline and enjoy fault findings
Pros: I have electrical technician qualifications and believe this will help me through development for future which will allow me to perform more advanced technical job in the position of technician
Cons: Overtime and standby is what I prefer to do
