I have a grat passion for production processes

I work shifts my daily activities include taking samples of our finished product on an hourly basis to check and measure if it is in the required spec and that the quality is great as well ,there are there are also casuals employed on a fixed term contract that are running one of our plants manual machines we have a good working relationship as we all strive to reach and exceed our daily target goal. I have leant that production isn't a free way we just have to be consistant in our daily routines and communicate well with maintenance guys in order to maximize maximum uptime of the machines. I enjoy the rewards and support that we get from our managers. Challenging aspect s of the job is the running of the different recipies from our different contracts.

Positive attitude

I am very passionate person and value my work and go extra mile if is required to do ; i take initiative and punctual and work well with people .My first work was at Game retail stores based at warehouse the i was working as dispatch clerk for period of two years thats where i develop interest , i even went to study warehouse at damelin

Pros: Very good environment and opportunities to grow are the depending on one willingness
Cons: I have been working shift for the past ten years so my change will be good for me
