It's a small branch and i have learnt quite a bit since i started here

The fact that our branch only consists of 10 or less staff is nice. We are work well together and you get to meet interesting people. When i started here i knew nothing of steel, welding or what heat treatment was about. i have learnt so much in ,y 6 years of being employed at Bohler. I love my work, i'm the only person in the branch responsible for my duties and i see myself as a very hard worker. Some days can be challenging due to all the different personalities. I am also the only female at the our branch.

Pros: Bohler is an Interbational company
Cons: No growth

Fast learner

- A typical work day I come to work and do what i can dont like to keep work over for the next day.. - Your relationship with co-workers Have a very good relationship with my Co-workers on a prof matter dont mix work and friends. - What you have learnt Never to be late for work it only mes up your own day. be on time and make the best of every day - What you enjoy most when i know i am giving it my best and still able to learn new things daily - The most challenging aspects of the job Is to do my work and i know i can do so much more but just cant. but i enjoy my work alot.

Pros: i am respossable for all our branches and does keep me busy just want something more challenging.
Cons: nothing at all.. just the salary :(

Fast learning skills

We are a stong company and we all work as a team. We are in the steel indastry and work wirh the.log companys an a daily bases ordering and sending from all over the.world. i am a strong person and a fast learner. Have a nice day Leoni
