There's a lot to learn

Working for Bogart Man its awesome because the brand is still unfamiliar to a lot of people so you get to be on your toes everyday in terms of new customers, as an employee you learn how to upsell, how to get out of your comfort zone, how to convince and keep customers. You learn how to deal with pressure because every minute you need to update the Ops team about the figures and explain why you on that certain number. It's a very refreshing environment with one a kind designs. As team members we always have to be positive and work as one in order to achieve our turnover. I have learnt a lot about consistency and that without it you can not reach the ultimate goal.

Excellent learning curve

My work day starts 9h00 I do the banking,then opening the shop. If there is any training to be done we do little review of the previous day work to what can do better that day. We are turnover driven people and enjoy working with customers who know what they want. Amongst ourselves we have what we call holy competition to see who will make their target first.

Pros: High intensity of pressure

Easy going ,go getter, with a lot of potential to grow people

I start my day at 9am.l love what I do and love to train people.I enjoy the company of my coworkers because they teach my about their culture .I have learned to listen more to others and value them as people and try to understand them as people not as someone I work with. It's very challenging to work with people that does not have the same understanding and values as you,abd don't do things the right way.

Pros: I love the people I work with.Everyday is a day that I learn something new from one of the staff.
Cons: I do not always get along with the area managers,because they need to be more proactive.

Exceeding learning opportunities

A typical work day is all about reaching targets and customer satisfaction. I've a great relationship with co workers and we thrive as a team I've learnt I thrive under pressure and accept a challenge head on

Getting to know customers their needs and so on Good relationship with my colleagues Getting experience and know how to behave at work environment Engaging to customers Knowing how to sell without letting them down or i can say without taking them crusly

High pressure environment

Open store, take care of banking, oversee store cleaning and tidiness, team chat to set sales targets for day and review weekly target chase, as wel as daily stock counrts.I enjoy closing big sales,I've learnt patience.

Pros: Good commission structure
Cons: No overtime

Working with different personalities and making sure they grow both in and out of the company

Learning never to judge people in anyway no matter how badly they are dressed. The best part about it is having a team that understands that we for work and work comes first everything else comes after. The one this I really enjoyed is really just working with adult people who know we all here to work and we all do it

Pros: To see my self as a regional manager in a company
Cons: As humans we scant say I enjoy long hours but the body the mind gets used to it

To quit being lazy

my relationship with workers it always challenging because everyone wants to reach their target.. i have learnt on to work under pressure, how to keep the customers coming back to the company and also what i mostly enjoy is that we have 50% off everything in the company as a staff member

Pros: develop a great skills, Respects your superiors
Cons: disadvantage is that they hardly consider hard working employees
