Excellent learning curve

It's was a very challenging work but what always worked for me was maintaining my attitude and have great attitude towards customers, co-wokers we had great relationships and working together and they supportive.I have learnt that hard work leads to success.what I enjoyed was the set ups and break ice setting pace.The most challenging aspects of the job was approaching the negative customers you approach them with with respect and great attitude with a level of excitement but get negative customer

Hard working person,friendly and understanding, good in communication with others

It was a very good job with good cooperation, working together as one with understanding, help one another. A typical day is when it is too busy because you get to make more clients which is good for the company,we had good relationship no fights or hate just us being there for one another,I learned not to judge people by just looking at them,how to be patient and working withing other people,knowing how to communicate with them in a good manner.The most enjoyable part is at the at the atmosphere where we get to do set ups,break ice,where we are not allowed to speak any language but English only. The most challenging thing was going to the field and get negative customer, or a day without making enough clients because the salary is determined by clients you make.

LEARNING CURVE

WE WERE WORKING MONDAY TO SATURDAY. WE WERE GETTING PAID ACCORDING TI OUR SALES AND WE WERW WORKING FROM 6AM UNTIL 6PM. THE RELATIONSHIP WITH CO-WORKERS ITS WAS GOOD. I HAVE LEARNT MORE ABOUT MARKETING AND I HAVE LEARNT HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE AND NOT TO BE HARSH TOWARDS CUSTOMERS

Good company that offers a chance to learn about sales

Sales helps one grow. You need to learn to be patient and calm at all times. Your speech has to be loud and clear. You need to be friendly all the time, especially when interacting with clients/potential clients, bosses and colleagues. On an average day, we wrote emails, faxed documents, fixed boss's lunch, prepare boardrooms for meetings, answered calls and so forth

Good experience and exposure

Hard working, self motivated, good communication, don't mind going a mill and I'm good with all type of customer.don't mind working over time and travel even public holiday
