Bodytec Reviews

Great for beginner personal trainers. Poor management

Great opportunity for beginner personal trainers. No rent required. Poor pay and dodgy contracts. No annual leave and long hours. When i started at Bodytec i was promised a permanent position after 3 months of work but never recieved the permanent position. The contracts drawn up was dodgy and i had no annual leave. Salaries are poor but the in hiuse training helps a lot with growth in the fitness field. Training is paid for by the company as well.

Pros: No rent to be paid
Cons: Poor management

Excellent to remain fit and healthy

A typical work day starts at 05:30, very busy at the peak times, on your feet most of the day training clients. Easy-going to work with anyone- work with new trainers all the time. You learn to read people very quickly, how out of proportion everyone's body is. I enjoy the fast paced environment, no time wasters, quick session in and out of the studio. Coming up with new exercises every week.

Pros: Fast paced environment
Cons: Early mornings and late evenings

Good work relations. Opportunities to better yourself in the field with training of advanced EMS.

Good work relations. Opportunities to meet different people and personalities. December holidays. Unfortunately not enough space to grow from just being a personal trainer.

Pros: Enough time for personal life. Decent Salary. Hours are reasonable.
Cons: Short staffed means longer hours. 6 days work week. Small chances of promotions.
