Am a hard worker

I enjoying working around a lot of people and different people,my job description is to approach,great a client and present to him and her about the gym,and also to convince the client to join the gym.i love working as a consultant because i make my own target and i reach it.i love working with my colleagues because they are so friendly and easy to work with.my job becomes very difficult when the client you have signed to gym decide to cancel the contract and you don't get payed for it.i have learned that in order to make more sales,more money you have to sign a lot of clients

Pros: Am learning a lot
Cons: Long working hours

Learning how to talk with other people

Working at bodylab was vert hard n tough because i should give the company the target they want per day n tht was 5 people per day but i was managing to get more then 5 I was making sure i got 7.8 per day to get my salary heavy.... So working as sale's consultant teach me lot of thing about working with human in my life n i love working as sale's consultant

Pros: i didn't get promotion.because they were not paying us the amount of client i did per month thn i life the job

Excellent communication skills,delegation,emotional intelligence and prioritization

As a gym manager I had to ensure to meet customers demands and maintain high level of the gym. As a gym Manager one have to deal with different attitude and behavior because there different personalities, you have use different skills on how to treat them. I have learnt to have a good listening skills because of the environment. Learnt to be patient. I learnt differetiete on how to talk with different ages being young or old

Pros: Great opportunity to work with different tribes, nationalities and age
Cons: Not being able to given chance to make good decision for the benefit of the gym and clients
