Ive learn to communicate well with different people.

Helping clients with enquiries and quiries. Answering telephone and transfering of calls. Loading new memberships contracts. Verifying of debit orders. Filling, doing time sheets for all staff every moths and sending all documents to head office by couriers every day. Ordering of stationery. Scan and email . Doing payments and Cash up .keeping the reception clean at all the times. I been told that I'm reliable and honest person and I'm always had a smile helping clients and my coligues with a smile at all the times. I enjoy working with people, I have the ability to communicate well with different people. I enjoy working as a team. The challanges I've over come is that there's no room of growth for females in the company. The other challanges they take time to deliver stationery and they take time to fix the equipment we are using.

Pros: To us as receptionist there is no promotion, the only promotion is to work at head office and there are not telling us if there is position at head office
Cons: Working hours is 8 hours but Saturday is 9 hours

Excellent learning curve

i am fast learner and hard working..my relationship wth co-workers is as good and the most challenging in my workplace is i sometimes being impatient for people who do a silly mistakes n expected me to fix their mistakes

Improving communication skills

Body Lab is a well organised company. It is very interesting to work in the company because i discover a lot about myself. Its like there were hidden variety of talents in me which now is getting exposed and its awesome and exciting to know that you can convince the multitudes to believe in what you present to them. Only a brand spirit can help to relate with consumers. I am associated with good sales manager who always give me courage to achieve more day to day. We are also working together as a collaborative team. Two challenges about a job is that you earn your salary through commissions and the transport money is quite expensive for me as i'm new employee. About the job i enjoy socializing with people of different races.
