To apply my knowledge, I have gained through my studies and experience to work towards something I believe in and have a passion for. I am a quick learner and can easily adapt to different working environments. Working through prior experiences, I have learned to be patient and tolerant. I am also an attentive listener, which is one of the key attributes to delivering supreme customer service. Facilitation/Assessing

I am currently working as a freelancing facilitator and assessor. I am registered with foodbev seta and facilitate food manufacturing companies. My greatest inspiration is interaction with learners and sharing knowledge with them.I have extensive knowledge that I have accumulated in the food industry which I comfortably impart to others. Visiting other food companies helped a lot in learning more about food industries My typical day includes preparation of the courses and delivering to learners using learner guides, laptop, slides . When I'm done facilitation for the week which includes learner registers, evaluation forms filled in by students, I assess the learners work which include all documentation that need to get to the foodbev seta. Learners submit their PoE's to be assessed. The only challenges encountered was with plant visitations where machines breakdown at times making it impossible to complete the assessments with the learners.
