Huge learning curve in short time span

This company provides excellent customer service and focuses on quality of work. Yet a very high staff turnover and low number of employees to do double and more work than previously. High pressured environment. Not always great working circumstances regarding atmosphere and inter staff relations.

Pros: Good salaries
Cons: Inconsistent expectations and standards
