communicating with stakeholders inside and external, I get along well with co workers, I enjoy the employee relations the most out of all the sections of H.R

Ecxellent learning oportunity

Hectic in my department where I assist on a daily basis. I have a good relationship with my whole team of 14 people. I started out as a student without any knowledge of H.R and I've gained a lot of knowledge and experience in this field. I enjoy all expects of the E.R side of H.R. When not everyone pull there wait in the team when working on a project.

Pros: Great learning curve
Cons: Not any prospects of getting permanent
