Learning curve while earning money as a support system

I am a team player that is always want to achieve my goals for the day. I have a good relationship with my co workers as I question if I do not understand and clarify where I am misunderstood. Serving customers and make them happy though at times they are challenging as they complain and you might not satisfy them but with our managers around you pass the difficult ones to them to ensure that they are happy

Cons: difficult guests
