Do it right the first time

Everytime we get to work, on any shift, there is a handover meeting. Everybody, must be greeted by hand. This cereates a better working enviroment, you get to know who is at work and who is not. Get an overall picture of what happened in the outgoing shift. Most of all, all employees need to abide by company rules. Accountability is very important in the workplace. Even though we are working as team, everybody must carry themselves as leaders. I enjoy the working enviroment most. It is cleam and safe. The most challenging aspect of the Job is the Shift pattern. Other than that, the job is great.
