Great learning experience and networking
my work day consists of arriving at work at 7am, greeting clients who brought their vehicles in for service, offer them evaluations on their vehicles and offering to upgrade to newer models, work out proposals and finance structures then do processing of new business as well as repeat business. The relationship with my colleagues is very pleasant as we are a small team who are close and assist each other with all work duties when needed to. i have learnt people skills, building rapport with talking and interacting with many different people on a daily basis, working well under pressure as it is a result driven job, pushing myself and getting out of my comfort zone, learning and getting exposed to new technology in cars and upskilling myself by reading up and doing computer based assessments on product knowledge. i enjoy most is meeting new people and providing them with the car of their dreams,the most challenging aspect would be to constantly keep myself motivated even when the sales are slow,
Pros: great networking with different people who you come into contact with, 1st hand exposure of new vehicles on the market, great earning potential, building confidence with interacting with people from all walks of life, handling objections, and interests
Cons: long working hours, 6 days a week including public holidays, salary not consistent

Hard Work
Struggled with the management there and the people i worked with, learnt a lot though and the experience was really good! the training was exceptional and they are willing to spend a lot of money on you,

Excellent learning Curve
I am currently working as a Material Planner and the job enabled me to an independent thinker and only depend on my self to get the job done,making sure all spares are ordered in time and following up suppliers as well.I also create Material number for the stock items and asign them to storage locations. I am also able to track down the movement of stock and also able to keep a good relationship with the suppliers. The interesting part of my job is that it challenges my thinking and need soo moch order to be able to track down everything. It has alot of pressure because I buy thousands spares and I need to follow up with supplies,fortunately I enjoy working under pressure I love being busy and doing my job right so I can have the right answers to managers and artisans should any issue arises
Pros: I do see a great opportunity for promotion
Cons: we are also allowed to work hours and get payed for it

ITS A GOOD COMPANY TO WORK FOR,BUT THERE IS SOME PERSONALS REASONS WHICH I DISLIKE
i am the head of my department,and work as a team TYPICAL WORKDAY IS ON FRIDAY,PRAYER DAY. WORKER ARE VERY FRIENDLY OUTGOING ETC. Good work experience
It's an honour to work at BMW as a contractor the experience has been overwelming, we work together as a team I have v build good relationship with other people. Though the work to be done it's a lot but I do enjoy working in my field and am open to learning other new things if I am given the opportunity to grow in the Campany. Am really enjoying a lot and learning new things I appreciate the opportunity

Shift handover, Line starter up, Monitor and prevents breakdown, Updates manager on plant status, Perform preventative maintenance on allocated times, Improve the relationship with the associate, Give input in quality improvement

Fast learner
Customer comes first,I'm hard worker. I'm willing to learn more and willing to deal with any difficulties. I'm willing to work over time. I'm a good team player. I'm a good in communicating with clients and and with the whole company staff. Respect to the clients I've learnt it from Bmw seniors.
Pros: Hard work is my first language

Excellent learning Curve
