In my current rotation i work closely with planning and logistics department, the exposure equipped me with the ability to create and plan work process that are cost effective, efficient and liable to ensure the good quality of our product. I also possess the capability to review available information and allocate resources to maximize the efficiency of manufacturing operations. on the day to day basis i work with people on the production like finding way to improve thier process. we have meetings with my team in the morning after startup shift and then we have quality walk abouts every day. visiting working station with problems
