Great experience and excellent learning curve

It was a great experience working in a large environment with a great supportive structure. I enjoyed the fact that you get to learn from other people and face different challenges everyday. The most challenging part was working in a large company for the first time but as days went by i got used to it and used it as an advantage to learn from different characters. But the challenges groomed me. I appreciate the opportunity.

Daily learning

I learn everyday but resolving problems encountered during SOP and to do planning of the new test car build every week. Currently ego to know SAP production system in and out since is a system used by BMW and 90% of our suppliers. The launch of the he new model brings so many questions to me as an individual since most testing phase fails and new method need to be introduced to avoid failing during test phases. The daily challenges brings more experience on approaching different challenges encountered.
