Through the work experience and the workshop I attended. I have been able to accumulate the type of skill that is essential to computer. (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, Outlook). Help clients, answering office telephone. Typing or capturing data, filing, Receptionist, Administration, handling petty cash, finance balance sheet recons, stock recons, Purchasing stock, office refreshments, safety wear and cleaning material workshop consumables) safety and fire rep. Fleet control (trucks and machines) Inspection of containers and cars, general work in the mining logistics Tracking and confirming the shipping instruction, uploading on cvs cloud, and other system, Auditing job cards, including kerrige

Automotive is defferent from all the companies i worked for and it has challenges and opportunities

i am woking as an Admin/Filing clerk in the workshop service department. I work with a lo of people on daily basis as i have to collect and distribute the job cads. later i have to audit the job cards once he job is than just to make sure all information is captured and the cliend has sign. i have started the filing system from scratch and the system has helped alot becouse now the clients dont wait long for information. Uploading information on CVs and motodealer system has make me more accurate because the is no space for corrections. i am busy leaning the costing which is very challenging due to many operations that are included on the system

Challenges and opportunities with in the company

starting the filing system and working on it to be correct was great opportunity for me to learn to start thing on my own. the challenges of learning to do costing in the department it is real opportunity. I really work well with my co-workers and the do understant me as much i do to them
