Always in early feels like I get a "head-start to the day." Working with co working good sense humours are always good keeps a positive vide and can handle pressure better when needed. Learnt that sales consultants needs individual help same as their managers to get them focused on tasks and customers for the best results. Don't see them all the same way or you will see the same results. Enjoy seeing positive results from my staff and good feedback and compliment emails from customers. Challenging aspects are usually aftersales and workshop areas that when you have to have great processes in place for the best progress reports and higher SCSI.

Cons: People see my age and think I cant do a job as whats needed from me
